19 Mar 2007 - Red Nose Bombs Redhills

The wacky hair, the big red noses, the outrageous outfits, it must be Red Nose Day! On the 16th of March Comic Relief hit the nation in style, as everyone sported dashing red noses, to donate money to needy children not just in remote countries but in our own community too.
Any excuse to throw a challenge at us, Miss Hulland launched a competition for the craziest clothes around, but the winners are yet to be announced. Children were seen wearing wild outfits like fairy costumes and tights and shorts combos. Our headteacher, Mr.Doyle, obviously got up on the wrong side of the world and thought he was in Florida judging by his flip-flops, surfer shorts and shades! A group of year 6 girls costumes are sure to be winners as Kate, Abbie, Reanne and Deanna forgot to get dressed and came into school in their pyjamas and dressing gowns complete with teddy! We would like to thank to the people who helped contribute to the Comic Relief donations.
